Other Actions
With regard to employment policies, work continued in
2011 on actions aimed at consolidating the content of the
latest agreement of the Healthcare Industry Negotiating
Committee. The aim of these actions is to seek staff stabi-
lization and to arrange for recruitment, provision and pro-
fessional promotion by selecting the most ideal candidate
for effective performance of the functions of the job to be
filled.
Other measures in 2011 were implemented in the social
context. Work was done in action areas related to the
human resource policies in the Equality Plan and the flow of
communication was maintained with professionals through
the Strategic Plan for Internal Communication, among
others.
